My current fee is $140 per (60 minute) hour. Payment may be made by check or cash. A third option is paying via Pay Pal. This form of payment requires me to send you a statement via Pay Pal. You do not have to have your own Pay Pal
account. If using Pay Pal I ask that you pay ahead of the session, unless other arrangements have been made.
Please take care of your fee at the beginning of your session, or have your payment made out in advance, so that we may focus on you for the remainder of your time.
I require 24 hours notice of cancellation. My cancellation policy is addressed in more detail in the OFFICE POLICIES/ INFORMED CONSENT FORM which you may read or download below.
I choose not to be on insurance panels but will help you to submit statements to PPO insurance plans with out-of-network coverage. It is your responsibility to verify and understand the limits of your coverage, as well as your
co-payments and deductibles.
I occasionally raise my fees, no more often than every other year. You will always be notified of a fee increase at least one month in advance.
